PLAY MICHIGAN: Fanatics Sportsbook’s Fair Play Max Protects Michigan Sports Bettors from Injury-wrecked Props

A player gets hurt two snaps into the game. Under most sportsbooks’ rules, the prop bet built around him is lost.

Fanatics Sportsbook’s Fair Play Max is built to save that wager.

The policy covers Michigan sports betting customers on player prop wagers through two separate protections that run all football season: First Half Protection, which refunds or voids affected prop bets when a player leaves hurt before halftime; and Forward Progress, new for 2026, which keeps a quarterback’s kneel-down or other non-competitive, yardage-losing plays from tanking a rushing or receiving prop that was otherwise on track to cash.
