Four Premier League clubs have unveiled new St Patrick's themed jerseys in honour of the famous Irish players that have represented them over the years.

Leeds United, Sunderland, Everton and Aston Villa have all partnered up with 'fanatics' apparel to produce the Irish themed kits.
