Jamie Gersch is the Chief Marketing Officer at Fanatics Commerce where she leads all marketing functions, including brand, performance, and lifecycle, harnessing the power of storytelling to build lasting relationships with sports fans.

Prior to joining Fanatics, Jamie served as Chief Marketing Officer at Rothy’s, leading global brand marketing and eCommerce with a focus on strengthening cultural relevance, deepening emotional connection and growing the brand’s community of loyal customers. During her tenure, she elevated the brand’s creative direction, drove the growth of Rothy’s business and championed purpose-driven storytelling.  Before Rothy’s, Jamie led Old Navy’s global marketing team, guiding a beloved American brand rooted in the democracy of style for the whole family. With a passion for ensuring that every touchpoint reflects a brand’s true essence, she oversaw breakthrough campaigns, integrated brand storytelling & full-funnel marketing helping to drive multi-billion dollar sales growth. She also defined and launched Old Navy’s values platform, The Imagine Mission, centered on inclusivity, opportunity and building a better future for the next generation. Earlier in her career, Jamie spent over a decade at Gap brand, where she played a significant role in shaping the brand’s voice and creative direction across its divisions.

Recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 50 CMOs, Jamie brings a deeply human, values-led approach to marketing and believes in the power of brands to move culture and spark emotional resonance. She graduated Cum Laude from Colgate University with a BA in Sociology and serves on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco. 

Jamie lives in Marin County, California with her husband, Jordan, and their three children, Sam, Noah, and Abby.
