As President of Business Affairs, Gary plays a significant role in many facets of the company with an emphasis on leading global business development and relationship management with Fanatics' large portfolio of partners, including with sports leagues, players associations, teams and other sports organizations for Fanatics Commerce and Fanatics Collectibles. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities and structuring and negotiating strategic transactions and partnerships. Gary also provides strategic direction and oversight for key legal matters.

Prior to joining Fanatics, Gary spent nearly two decades at the NFL where he held various roles and ascended to the organization’s SVP of Business Affairs and General Counsel. Throughout his time with the NFL, he oversaw all business and legal affairs for its commercial operations, which included media, consumer products, sponsorships, events and intellectual property. Additionally, Gary served as the senior executive liaison to the NFL Business Ventures Committee, Pro Football Hall of Fame and Players, Inc., the business entity of the NFLPA. Prior to his time at the NFL, Gary was a partner at a New York City law firm.

Gary serves on the Board of the National Football Foundation and in 2022 was the first recipient of the David Stern Leadership Award from the UJA Federation.
