Brian Miles, CFA, is Interim Chief Financial Officer of Commerce at Fanatics Inc., where he oversees the Company’s financial strategy and operations. Since joining Fanatics in 2017, Brian has held a series of finance leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations and Senior Vice President & CFO, driving strategic growth across the company's expanding portfolio. He previously served as Vice President of Finance at Kynetic, LLC, and began his career in equity research and corporate development, including a role at GSI Commerce until its $2.4 billion acquisition by eBay – giving him a long-standing history alongside Michael Rubin across multiple ventures. Brian earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and his Master's in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CFA Charterholder.
