As President of Fanatics Ecosystem, Ben leads efforts to connect Fanatics’ businesses and create a more integrated experience for sports fans across the company’s Betting & Gaming, Commerce, Collectibles, Events and Studio businesses.

Ben joined Fanatics Betting and Gaming from Riot Games. There, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Publishing, leading Riot’s global publishing platform, digital infrastructure and live operations organizations across PC, console and mobile.  

Prior to Riot, Ben spent over a decade at Microsoft in senior leadership roles across Xbox. As head of Xbox’s gaming services business, he led the team that launched Xbox Game Pass and oversaw the Xbox Live ecosystem. He previously held roles in strategy and M&A for Xbox, where his work included the acquisition of Minecraft.

Ben began his career at Bain & Company as a strategy analyst focused on technology and private equity.
