At Fanatics, supporting causes that unite our fans and benefit our local communities is inherent to our culture. We are committed to harnessing our reach - more than 22,000 employees in 15 countries and more than 900 partners, suppliers, and vendors - to make a positive impact on the world. To do this effectively, we prioritize the organizations and issues that matter most to the global communities in which our fans live, work, and play, while aligning these efforts to our core competencies and brand promise. Our philanthropic strategy, therefore, is made up of three core pillars.

Fanatics Global Volunteerism

Fanatics is proud to host an annual company-wide day of service that enables thousands of employees across the globe to volunteer alongside teammates to make a lasting impact in their community.

changing the game for critically ill kids

Fanatics is honored to serve as the official sports partner of Make-A-Wish, supporting all sports-related wishes for critically ill children and their families with life-changing experiences. This includes fulfilling sports-related wishes and providing monetary and in-kind donations under the co-branding of Fanatics Make-A-Wish.

Fanatics Foundation

Founded in 2022, the mission of the Fanatics Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is to create positive and lasting change across the global communities in which our employees and fans live, work, and play through a commitment of time and strategic philanthropic engagements. Our philanthropic giving pillars include: Community, DEI/Social Justice, Relief & Aid, and Sustainability.
