“I just wanted to send an email saying that I got the best customer service with no gripes about anything today. I received my Yadier Molina T-shirt and it was the wrong size. I had ordered a YOUTH XL but I received an ADULT XL. I called the customer service number and was quickly put through to a live person. The representative helped me greatly in very quick time. She said that the correct shirt would be shipped out today and I would receive it by Tuesday. I said “Oh ok, but I am going to a Cardinal’s game on Saturday and that is what I ordered the shirt for.” She then said she would be happy to over night it to me! I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the customer service support I received today, and I will absolutely be ordering from you guys with all of my sports attire needs. “I called on behalf of my sister, her husband passed away that morning and in her funeral preparations she wished to honor her husband by burying him with an Alabama tie (he was a HUGE FAN). The problem was that we live in Louisville, KY and the chances of granting her wish were tough. The customer service rep I spoke with was nothing short of amazing! He was courteous, polite and sincere, even offering condolences to our family during this tough time. He assured me we would have it in time and also made a special note to the warehouse that the tie had to go before all other orders. We laid him to rest today in his Crimson and White and my sister could not have been prouder of him. Thank you so very much! I am a Louisville Cardinal fan from birth, and I am very proud to say, ROLL TIDE ROLL! You granted the wishes of my grieving sister and we will never forget it!”
